We offer a high standard of service by fully trained operatives that complies with all health, safety and environmental requirements. Risk Assessments and Method Statements are carried out for each project. We are able to provide welfare facilities for our operatives and a First Aider on all projects.

Interior Soft Strip Out

Increasing demands from developers has made this one of our core activities. The work can be dangerous and labour intensive if it is not planned and executed in the correct way. Border Demolition Limited only use qualified and experienced operatives to carry out these works. A Decommissioning Service can also be provided to isolate Electrics, Water, Gas etc. The full package run by one company can save time and costly delays enabling Clients Programs to be met. All our Soft Strip Waste is transferred to a licensed waste transfer facility for recycling. All staff wear a company uniform to project a professional appearance for both the client and company alike.

Border Demolition Limited and its sister company Borthwick Groundworks Ltd provide complete site clearance and levelling works. All undertakings if requested can be removed from site and disposed of at waste transfer recycling facilities or kept for future use on site. The company has years of groundworks experience with one of our teams currently working are on an NHBC Award winning site at Coldstream in the Scottish Borders, working on roadways, drainage, slabbing, paths, and driveways. All operatives are fully qualified and receive regular training to keep their qualifications up to date. All work carried out is completed to the highest standard at all time.

Non-Notifiable Asbestos Removal

We provide a non-notifiable products service, ranging from removal of asbestos floor tiles to large asbestos roof covered structures. Our asbestos removal teams are fully insured and qualified in safe removal practices. Materials removed from site are by specialist licensed removal contractors. The company is also able to arrange a full asbestos survey which is required prior to any demolition work or major strip out works taking place.
